Northstar Football Development is the football-focused branch of Northstar Athletic Development. Founded by Coach Chris Hardwick, our program is built on technical precision, football IQ, and complete position-specific mastery. From quarterbacks to linemen, we prepare athletes to compete with confidence, discipline, and deep understanding of the game.
Who We Train
Quarterbacks – Reads, footwork, anticipation
Running Backs – Vision, agility, pass-catching
Wide Receivers – Route running, releases, separation
OL/DL – Handwork, leverage, footwork, trench IQ
Linebackers – Recognition, tackling, zone drops
Defensive Backs – Coverage, technique, ball skills
